Cozy King Suite with Balcony, Kitchen, LR & Fireplace & Tub

Cálida, Limpia y excepcional. Positive: Si, está increíble esa sensación de calidez es inigualable, todo perfectamente en su lugar si necesitabas algo ahí estaba , sin duda volvería a visitarlos, el personal súper atento, la comida deliciosa, la atención de Paty increíble. Negative: Que había un huésped que llevó un perro que se metió a la cocina, andaba entre las sillas de la barra donde había más huéspedes desayunado , sus pelos volaban por todos lados, además se hizo pipi y su dueño ni siquiera limpió, esto bien podría evitarse si tuvieran un régimen estricto al permitir mascotas.

Positive: The level of attention to guest's needs is the highest i have ever experienced. Michelle the owner has apparently not spared a penny nor thoughtful moment as to how yo make the experience as memorable as San Miguel itself is. I rarely bother to add pictures. Will do it this time Negative: Not a thing. Perfect is an understatement.

We had a great stay at Casa Grande. The owner and staff were readily available for any questions and were extremely help Positive: We liked everything about the property. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, in a lovely neighbourhood and a great location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. It was nice to be able to meet other people on the rooftop deck! 10+ and would definitely stay here again. Negative: Nothing to not like.

A lovely small boutigue hotel with lots of character. Positive: The house cleaning staff are fantastic. The suites have a lovely attention to small details. The king sized beds are very comfortable. The location is too far to walk to the center of town. On a positive, being a little further out is less noisy at nights. Fire crackers and fireworks can happen all night during the holiday season. Negative: There were some problems with double bookings, so we had to move out of a perfect suite for us, and then back in 3 days later. Once again, housekeeping helped with any of those problems.
